This position would be the overall person in charge of all aspects of HELP Ministry. This person would be the "face" of the Ministry to the public at large.
General Overview of Responsibilities:
Extend the mission of HELP Ministry to serve the community by helping wherever psooible to make lives better and extend the grace of God to all.
Ensure the office is staffed to provide service to clients.
Plan the annual budget for the Ministry.
Work with the Board of Directors regarding the direction of the Ministry.
Review and make decisions regarding all financial requests.
Approve all expenditures for any client or operating expense.
Coordinate with other agencies to collaborate services.
Plan the annual fundraiser.
Be aware of and apply for appropriate grant opportunities.
Oversee the day to day operations of all areas of the Ministry.
