Job Overview
The Customer Support Technician works directly with customers to program vehicle electronic control units (ECUs).
Responsibilities:
- Programming Vehicle ECUs correctly
- Address any concerns or issues customers may have regarding ECU programming
- Positive position the value of the solution(s) provided
- Meet team KPIs and daily call volume expectations
- Assist colleagues with programming as needed
- Other duties as assigned
