This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750 - $133,100/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do in This Role
Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies
Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions
Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers
Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related field
Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization
Proven strong, technical sales experience
Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction
Ability to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordingly
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
