High volume, scratch, elevated brunch cafe is currently seeking experienced line cooks who are efficient, clean, energetic, motivated individuals.
Must be experienced in egg cookery, which includes flipping eggs to order in saute pans with minimal breakage.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and during peak season.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepping and stocking cook line
- Daily inventory
- Cooking menu items as ordered by guests for breakfast and lunch service
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and storage areas
- Assisting dishwashers and prep cooks when needed
- Adhering to all company policies without wavering

- Is able to life 50 pounds
- Is able to stand in one spot for long periods of time in hot and cold environments
- Familiar with Mediterranean and European Cuisine
- Has Fine Dining Experience
- Is eager to set goals and reach high expectations
- Is comfortable cooking real, made from scratch food as opposed to something out of a per-prepared box
- Has a high regard for local farmers and the product they work hard to produce and is overly-cautious about being unnecessarily wasteful
