Pay Range - $20.00 to $26.00 per hour (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills.)

We're hiring a Sales Administrative Support Specialist to support our sales team and help keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between customers, sales, and production, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
What You'll Do:
Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, cancellations, and scheduling in SAP
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling high-volume email communication and providing updates
Coordinate with production, sales, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing
Confirm pricing, assist with logistics scheduling, and help resolve order-related issues
Review terms and conditions (with training) and follow through with internal teams and customers
Provide professional, accurate customer service and support
Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role within a technical or manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment

Minimum Qualifications:
