Key Responsibilities:
- Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation
- Assist with installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors (if experienced)
- Read and follow site plans and instructions from crew leaders
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or earthwork preferred
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn light to heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
