- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Previous progressively responsible administrative experience and professional experience in an academic setting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- The ability to be resourceful, analyze problems and propose solutions.
- Demonstrated team player.
- Strong database skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with high profile members of the university, hospital and community.
