Training is completed on 1st shift before transitioning to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Learn CNC machine operation and production processes
- Read work instructions and blueprints
- Use measurement tools including calipers and micrometers
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Load materials and monitor machine performance
- Work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
