We are currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team. This position begins training on 1st shift before transitioning to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.
We are looking for machinists who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to be part of a collaborative manufacturing environment where people are respected.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and/or set up CNC machining equipment
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Perform quality checks using measurement tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Work closely with team members
What We’re Looking For
Required
- CNC machining experience
- Ability to use basic measurement tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude
Preferred
- CNC setup experience
- Experience with lathes, mills, or Hydromat equipment
- Blueprint reading
- Troubleshooting skills
Shift Information
- Training completed on 1st shift
- Position transitions to a consistent 2nd shift schedule
- Shift premium included for off-shift work
