POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field preferred. Minimum three -years' experience working with similar population, experience in Case Management along with understanding substance use and co-occurring disorders, and working with homelessness

EXPECTATIONS:
This position requires the employee to have the ability and common knowledge to work with both internal and external community resources to develop relationships in order to better serve the participant. The employee is required to have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve the goals of our participants and organization. The employee must have and maintain a working knowledge of laws pertaining to confidentiality, current trends of Schedule II controlled substances (U.S), licensing and MARR Certification. Applicants must be willing to become CCAR trained and/or work toward a CADC. Candidate must have good writing and computer skills
PERFORMACE REVIEWS:
Written and verbal reviews will be conducted annually and/or as appropriate. The Director of Jackson Services will complete the performance review and will meet with the employee to read and discuss this review. A copy will be given to the employee and the original will be kept in the employee file in a locked cabinet.
