What You’ll Do as a Behavior Analyst at Pine Rest
As a Behavior Analyst, you will work closely with residential teams, caregivers, and multidisciplinary providers to support individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions and programming.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized behavior support plans and treatment goals
• Monitor behavioral data and adjust plans based on progress and outcomes
• Provide consultation and support regarding behavior management strategies
• Train residential staff on behavior plans, interventions, and data collection methods
• Educate caregivers, parents, and teachers on behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across residential and community programs
• Design and oversee behavior programs to ensure effective implementation
• Support a safe, therapeutic, and person-centered environment for clients
• Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and guidance to staff and caregivers
