We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing end-of-line quality inspection and ensuring products meet company and customer standards before being placed into stock. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining quality and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions
- Review all products for nonconforming parts.
- Maintain proper counts and complete work sheets correctly. Report all scrap or rejected material.
- Assist the Team Lead in achieving schedule requirements.
- Use and read measuring equipment as required, includes gauges, rulers, calipers, strip gauges, and visual aids.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- All the above functions require varying degrees of independence, judgement, and discretion and the ability to be mobile within the work area.
