Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and facility management industry, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician
Location: Manistee, MI
What's the Job?
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
Perform maintenance on kitchen equipment such as meat grinders, cubers, meat saws, and slicers
Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems including bulbs and ballasts
Complete Fuel Center UST inspections and dispenser maintenance
Support troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment like scanners, printers, scales, networks, and UPS systems
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid state driver's license
At least one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes
