Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm; 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

What You’ll Do:
- Help run day-to-day production operations
- Support production goals, quality standards, and deadlines
- Train, coach, and support team members on the production floor
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory organization and workflow coordination
- Complete production documentation and reporting
- Jump in to solve problems and keep production moving
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
- Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred
- Someone reliable who shows up ready to work
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A strong communicator who works well with others
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer or Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift
