Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Job Description
We are seeking a concrete finisher with the ability to travel throughout Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in project layout, form building, concrete pouring, finishing, and pit work. This role requires proficiency in rough carpentry using rebar and metal framework, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements accurately. Proven leadership experience in directing crews, guiding apprentices, and ensuring proper techniques and quality standards are maintained on the jobsite is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and pit work.
Execute project layout and form building.
Use rough carpentry skills with rebar and metal framework.
Read and interpret blueprints and measurements accurately.
Lead and direct crews, guide apprentices, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Essential Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Over 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or concrete form carpentry work.
Proficiency in using and owning tools.
Ability to read prints and measure accurately.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
