-Assist Client's with ADL'S such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
-Prepare meand and help with feed if needed
-Remind clients to take medications
-Help with mobility, transfers and exercises
-Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
-Provide companionship and emotional support
-Perform light housekeeping, laundry and errands
-Maintain a safe and clean environment
-Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
