Position: Senior Marketing Manager, Automotive Battery Unit

Job Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Job Duties: Will plan, direct and coordinate the long and short-term marketing policies for Hanwha Momentum’s automotive battery and non-battery cell engineering, development, assembly, and sales and marketing activities in the U.S. Will develop innovative business and pricing strategies by analyzing technical and commercial requirements with the goal of maximizing the company’s market shares in the U.S. automotive battery markets; will monitor and identify new market trends, prospective customers and new project or OEM opportunities in the North American markets for automotive battery businesses. Will regularly communicate with the company’s global HQ marketing, supply chain, and production teams in Korea and will supervise the preparation of operating budgets and related reports for the Korean headquarters.
Minimum Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields and 5 years of experience as Sales or Marketing Manager of Automative Battery Marketing Divisions or related fields.
Minimum Skills Required: Must be able to read, write and speak the Korean language.
