Position Overview
As a Caregiver or CNA at Anchor In-Home Care, you will provide personalized, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Whether you are an experienced CNA or someone interested in becoming one through our CNA sponsorship program, you will play a vital role in elevating the standard of in-home care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Support clients’ health, safety, and well-being through attentive and respectful caregiving
- Build meaningful relationships based on trust, empathy, and genuine connection
- Follow individualized care plans that reflect clients’ routines, preferences, and goals
- Anticipate clients’ needs and offer thoughtful, proactive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and hospitality
Qualifications
- Valid CNA license (preferred; we also welcome those interested in sponsorship and training opportunities)
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to providing excellent care
- For sponsorship candidates: a genuine interest in becoming a CNA and a desire to grow within the caregiving profession
