We are looking for a motivated and creative Cake & Cookie Decorator Apprentice to join our bakery team!
This is a hands-on training position for someone who loves baking, decorating, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced bakery environment. Experience is helpful but not required if you have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with cake and cookie decorating production
- Learn piping, icing, and finishing techniques
- Help prepare buttercream, colors, and decorating materials
- Support daily bakery production needs
What we’re looking for:
- Some baking or decorating experience preferred (home baking counts!)
- Artistic eye and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instruction and stay consistent with designs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Pay: $15-18/hour (paid training position)
Growth potential: Opportunity to advance into a skilled decorator role
