Responsibilities include:
- General home repairs and upkeep
- Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Toilet installation and plumbing repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
- Seasonal and exterior maintenance
- Preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Occasional on-call maintenance needs
