Our client, a leader in the furniture industry, is seeking manual loaders primarily on 1st shift to join their team. As a loader you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient loading and transportation of furniture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manual Loader
Location: KENTWOOD, MI
Pay Range: $18.50-$19.50
Shift: 1st and 2nd
What's the Job?
Loading furniture into trucks efficiently and safely manually
Using pallet jacks, dolly's to move from staging to trailer
Handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 50-100 lbs
Ensuring proper placement and securement of items for transport
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Following safety protocols and company policies at all times
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks lift up to 75#
Strong work ethic and dependability
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
