Our French-speaking Recruiter is accountable for:
Providing recruiting support for manufacturing roles requiring French language capability, with a focus on Eastern Canada and Quebec
Screening candidates in French and supporting candidate interviews and conversations
Reviewing job postings and offers to ensure the wording is correct
Partnering with hiring stakeholders to support short-term coverage needs while internal resources are being coordinated
Supporting a fast-moving hiring need where immediate coverage was required
Essential Skills :
French language proficiency
Experience supporting recruiter-type work, including screening and interview coordination
Ability to work with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams
Comfort supporting urgent, short-term coverage needs
Familiarity with recruiting in Eastern Canada, specifically Quebec
Base pay range for this position is $51.300 to $68.400 USD per year. ?Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
