Immediate opportunity with a top Real Estate firm as a Front Deck Receptionist in Chesterfield, Michigan. Looking to hire as soon as possible! Qualified candidates must have at least one year of receptionist or customer service experience and computer experience. You must possess strong communication skills and maintain business professionalism.
Receptionist responsibilities:
Open/close front office reception area-part time and every other weekend.
Greet visitors.
Answer inbound calls on multiple-line telephone and monitor all messages left in general voice mail box.
Take messages for sales associates and office staff when they are unavailable and promptly e-mail all messages to them.
Enter error free listings and documents in our MLS system.
Sort and e-Mail all incoming faxes several times daily.
Sort all incoming mail and ensure proper distribution.
Sign for and maintain material supply level of deliveries.
Assist with scanning and electronic filing.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to operate a multiple-line telephone.
Ability to mufti-task and be a team player in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
Must be comfortable working independently as front desk is separate from the rest of the offices.
