Job Overview
Perform routine maintenance of multi-family housing units, such as inspecting boilers, hot water heaters and furnaces, unplugging drains, installing faucets, painting and repairing drywall, installing flooring, and repairing apartments to make rent ready.
Additional duties include repairing equipment and diagnosing mechanical problems, repairing windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of building structures. Will also provide grounds keeping services. Must be able to use a ladder and lift 50 pounds, be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and own transportation for travel to and from Complexes.
