Summary Objective:
ISP Coatings Corporation is looking for qualified resources to fulfill a position in tooling for production setups. This resource will also be asked to learn Shipping & Receiving processes and serve as a backup resource to that activity when required. Considered a bonus if resources are familiar with basic quality concepts. This position is full time on day shift (hours 6am to 2:30pm.
Basic Skills:

- Willingness to learn ISP processes & procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Open Building. Arrival before Production Shift to prepare production lines.
- Turn on all the lights. Ready equipment.
- Review Production Schedule for the current day (jobs that are scheduled to run).
- Review copy of the Set-Up Sheet for each line you are going to turn/ setup on to run that day.
Line Setup Instructions (according to the detailed specifications for each line):
- Ensure required racks are on the line being set up / turned on.
- Ensure correct Material to be used for that specific job run.
- Establish Temperature needed for application / material to be coated.
- Set speed of the line will be running that is required for each part.
- Confirm the actual part for the job you set up and are getting ready to run.
- Review the print of the part also see samples for requirements.
- With Supervisor / Quality Floor Manager, run first off samples of one complete rotation.
- Operation Effectivity Form: Set-up & Personnel Checklist must be completed.
- Set-Up Data: Sheet must be reviewed & filled out with your initials for each action completed.
Additional Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Monitor levels of Nylon and or Plastisol material for each line that is running.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned. This will include building maintenance work/projects.
Additional Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Requires Hi-Low License to operate hi-low in warehouse.
- ISP will test Hi-Low competency.
- Follow instructions for weekly maintenance for two hi-lows in the shop.
- Support S&H procedures & processes.
