Why Work Here?
You will join a team that values reliability, craftsmanship, and professionalism, offering consistent full-time work with varied projects that keep each day engaging. The organization supports travel needs for extended assignments by covering associated costs, including hotels when overnight stays are required and providing advance notice for additional travel. You will gain hands-on experience across different environments such as universities, offices, and warehouses, building a versatile skill set in assembly and installation. The culture emphasizes accountability, cleanliness, and safety, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility in completing projects to a high standard.
Work Environment
This role is 100% indoors and split between a modern warehouse and a variety of client sites. In the warehouse, you work in a clean, organized, non-temperature-controlled facility where materials are stored and staged for projects. You are expected to help maintain cleanliness, especially after loading materials each day. On the road, you work at different client locations such as universities, office spaces, and warehouses, where conditions vary by building and season; when it is cold outside, it may be cold on the build site, and you are expected to dress appropriately for the weather and site conditions. The position follows a first-shift schedule, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with end times that may extend to 6:00 p.m. or until the project is completed, and occasional weekend work may be required.
