Why Work Here?
You join a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment where everyone-from leadership to front-line staff-contributes on the floor to get the job done. The organization places a strong emphasis on safety, providing extensive safety protections and personal protective equipment so you can work with confidence. You benefit from a stable schedule with primarily weekday hours, paid time off through sick days and holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with a competitive match. Safety is a top priority, with extensive safety protections installed throughout the plant and a strong culture of following procedures such as lockout/tagout. All required personal protective equipment is provided except for steel-toed boots, which you must supply from day one. The schedule is generally first shift, Monday through Friday, with typical hours around 50 per week. The current schedule is four 10-hour days (approximately 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday) and may continue long term.
