Responsible for the overall program execution; managing the cross-functional team to accomplish product launch while utilizing Lear Program Management Process and disciplines; conduct and lead regular meetings with Southfield Sales, Southfield Purchasing, Product Engineering, Plant Cross functional team (including Launch Leader, Quality, Procurement, Logistics), Southfield Quality, and customers; utilize and apply knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, 8D, Fishbone, Cost Technology Optimization, JIRA, Catia V5, Income Statements (P&L), Balance sheets, Cash flow statements to accomplish necessary tasks; drive accountability for corporate APQP process to assure program launch with quality; assuring program budget requirements and financial returns meet or exceed company's hurdle rates and corporate commitments; run Management Gate Reviews in LearPro and create program Deliverable Timelines based on customers' milestones; and serve as the face of Lear to the customer and as well Lear senior leadership.

Salary: $163,012 per year;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Mechanical Design Engineer, as a Program Manager, as a Project Manager, or in a related occupation;
