The Laborer supports construction and finishing work on log siding, log structures, fencing, and residential interiors. This role also assists with surface preparation and restoration using media blasting equipment. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and willingness to learn specialized rustic construction techniques.
- Help build and repair wood fences and rustic structures
- Prepare surfaces for finishing, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and masking
- Assist with or operate media blasting equipment (e.G., Sandblasting)
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
