To ensure the bartenders have all supplies necessary to maintain smooth and efficient service.
Provide excellent customer service through active engagement along with displaying a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of liquor, beer, wines, drink recipes and correct glassware
Must learn operations of our beverage equipment: blenders, coffee makers, dishwashers, coolers, and juice machines.
Responsible for cleaning and stocking ALL beverage areas:
Assist in cleaning tables and countertops.
Assist in cleaning glassware.
Sweep and ensure the floors and sinks are kept clear of debris.
Verify that all beer kegs, coke bibs and CO2 tanks are always kept operational.
Understand the dish area and proper use of chemicals.
Make certain the walk-in cooler is stocked, cleaned, and rotated to date.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
Communicating and assisting of the bartenders, servers, and security for possible intoxication of guests
May be needed to assist with cleaning and stocking of club house bar.
Due to the dynamic casino environment from time to time, we require employees to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management.
To remain in compliance with Casino Regulatory policies and procedures, employees are required to attend all necessary meetings and training facilitated by Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Completion of TIPS Training
Completion of Title 31
Must pass background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of experience in the sale and/or dispensing of alcoholic beverages.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift 100 pounds.
Ability to use a dolly to transport heavy objects such as beer kegs.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time - up to 90% of an (8) or (10) hour-shift.
Must be able to work in a loud environment.
Ability to adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and grooming habits.
