Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SRT Application Calibrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for supporting the propulsion system calibration development and validation activities for the application as well as carrying out the system release validation for powercube calibration releases across various functional areas within SRT Propulsion Systems. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to help the team achieve program objectives, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and performance. This position requires strong technical expertise in calibration methodologies (especially emissions development), excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to excel in dynamic development cycles.
Responsibilities:
As a SRT Controls & Calibration Application Calibrator, your key responsibilities will include:
Support the development and verification of powercube (PCAL) and calibration releases and within PCAL PRC feature areas and SRT advanced propulsion development with a specific focus on Emissions feature development.
Work cross-functionally with other calibration subsystems to review issues and implement robust solutions, adhering to best practices and established calibration methodologies.
Develop and validate calibration solutions for SRT specific features that fall within the CCSI and/or PCAL PRC perimeter of responsibility in collaboration with core calibration feature teams and PCAL PRC feature COE's.
Take a hands-on approach to finding and fixing issues with direct involvement in-vehicle and other test resources (dyno, HIL, etc.)
Demonstrate proficiency in data collection, post-processing, and analysis during calibration release DVP (Design Verification Plan) activities. This includes the analysis of functional models to root cause and document controls and software issues blocking calibration progress.
Perform virtual and in-vehicle testing to validate calibration maturity at each of the vehicle milestones throughout the program lifecycle.
Participate in cross-functional test trips when required, ensuring efficient use of resources, timely completion of objectives.
Support calibration feature maturity status tracking for PCAL feature status assessments based on feature support assignment. Review new feature specific controls and SW content and work with feature calibration teams to review default values.
Maintain proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Kanban) and demonstrate expertise in calibration tool suites (ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Vector). Familiarity with various platforms that interface with dyno and virtual testing (HIL) is also required.
Demonstrate careful attention to detail and excellent organizational skills in all aspects of work.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics or related degree field
Excellent English communication skills
5 or more years of proven experience in powertrain calibration, particularly with high performance vehicle systems and emissions development
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, controls, and software development processes.
Expertise in calibration tool suites (ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Canalyzer)
Experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and dyno testing platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and root cause identification using functional models
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree
8 or more years of emissions calibration experience including at least one complete program development/launch cycle
Familiarity with Stellantis internal processes & standards including emissions regulatory & certification processes
Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods
Knowledge of the dyno environment and tools related to it, such as: Puma, Cameo, Indicom, Concerto
Experience with Matlab scripting and other useful data processing languages/tool sets (e.g., Python, JavaScript/NodeJS, PowerApps, PowerBI)
"AI Native" approach to work-stream efficiency
