Job Description
Job Specific Duties:
Lead the following tasks for NA:
Track "Status to Target" for PHES Issue Management KPI. Escalate Top issues to ensure Timely Problem Resolution
Track "Status to Target" for PHES 3MIS Warranty KPI. Monitor & collaboratively address 3MIS & 12MIS upticks
Monitor PHES 1MIS Field Early Warranty & Customer Surveys for New Emerging Issues
Assist PHES Engineering & other stakeholders in Issue Identification & Resolution by providing required warranty claim & all pertinent quality information
Regularly monitor SIRIUS for issues assigned to HEPQ, be an active participant of the Decision Making Group & collaborate with stakeholders to document solutions
Responsible for Issue Management. Escalate & seek help to stay within target
Ensure all Critical Issues & CCD/CN derivative Lessons Learned are captured
Engage with PQMs on PSK Project Deliverables at critical Project milestones
Collaborate, prepare & present following HEPQ Scorecards to PHES leaders
Global & Regional (includes Overall, Design, Aging, SQ)
Key Asset Engine Based (for each Region)
Total Warranty Spend
Identify & discuss Regional Top PHES issues at the escalation meeting
Conduct regular Issue Resolution touchpoints with stakeholders
Immediate Deliverables:
Lead the following tasks for NA:
Facilitate immediate disposition of uncontained Serial Life & Product Development issues
Work with PHES Engineering & facilitate quick resolution of PHES Design issues
Actively participate in Warranty Improvement Initiatives & report-outs

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years experience in Automotive Product Development or Quality
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Tools & Processes (Root Cause Analysis)
Proficient in SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint & Problem Solving
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Professional & positive attitude. Able to work under pressure, stay organized & meet deadlines
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated Six Sigma certification
Minimum of 10 years Automotive experience in Product Development or Quality
"Hands-On" experience in GIMS, Quantic, PowerBI, Palantir, Auros etc.
System / Component knowledge of PHES (HVAC, Fuel, Exhaust, Cooling, Intake)
