Job Description

Organize and oversee the daily work of dispatchers, including scheduling, task assignments, and workflow management.
Monitor and evaluate dispatcher performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service.
Coordinate communication between dispatchers, drivers, customers, and other departments.
Handle and resolve operational issues such as delays, route changes, equipment breakdowns, or customer complaints.
Train, mentor, and support new and existing dispatchers to improve skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain reports on dispatch operations, performance metrics, and overall team productivity.
Implement process improvements and adopt new technologies (GPS, CRM, TMS) to increase efficiency.
Foster a positive team environment, encourage collaboration, and maintain strong motivation within the dispatch team.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex or urgent dispatch-related matters.

Additional Requirements

1 year of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation management.

Knowledge of dispatching/tracking software and logistics systems Alvys and Samsara
Fluency in Ukrainian, Polish and Russian
