Part time, 30 hours per week on normal weeks, leaf season and plowing can possibly work up to 40 hours per week. 40 hours when filling in for vacations etc. This part time position does not offer any benefits.
Hours: 8:00am-2:30pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
Job duties: Working as a part of our mainteance team to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming manufactured home community while maintaining positive resident interaction.
Daily duties include: Picking up trash laying around community, vehicle pre and post inspections, cleaning and maintaining equipment, garages, buildings, taking out trash, inpecting playground equipment, clearing drains, lubing valve bolts, cleaning floats in lift station, assisting with water repairs, reading meters, understanding the water system, sewer system, cable system, taking notes, making accurate lists, home inventory inspections, checking mail, stocking clubhouse.
Seasonal duties: Spring - repairing plow damage, leaf clean up, painting, prepping vacant lots, filling pot holes, rotating valves, using golf cart to spray weeds, fence repair. Summer - zero turn mower, raking shoveling, leaf blowing, weed whacking, trimming, lawn care, edging, painting. Fall - leaf clean up, inspecting and winterizing spigots. Winter - Plowing, salting, shoveling, roof snow removal, assisting with water repairs in cold weather.
