Establish and maintain certification rule sets and program logic (rule groups, exceptions, eligibility) to ensure consistent interpretation across job families, brands, and specialty programs.
Design and execute governance cadences (quarterly/annual validations, reconciliations, and change controls) to protect certification accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
Serve as senior partner to reporting and business stakeholders; lead quarterly change impact reviews and translate program decisions into requirements for dashboards, communications, and operational execution.
Own learning performance analytics inputs (goals, dealer population, segmentation) and define KPI measurement approaches to monitor adoption, completion, and proficiency outcomes.
Oversee certification and field-performance dashboards, ensuring accurate mapping (e.g., dealer-to-trainer), consistent business definitions, and reliable executive/field visibility.
Lead cross-functional working sessions with SMEs, program owners, and operations teams to align scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver curriculum and certification changes on schedule.
Develop and manage stakeholder communication plans for program updates, ensuring consistent messaging, release readiness, and smooth field adoption.
Own curriculum intake and demand management processes; standardize course request requirements (audience, duration, objectives, delivery modality) and govern course code creation to enable efficient development and scheduling.
Direct resolution of certification discrepancies and escalations, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve data quality and reduce recurring issues during peak cycles.
