- Bachelor’s degree with experience in teaching, academic support or tutoring, school psychology, social work, or a similar field within a secondary or post-secondary education setting.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring or counseling techniques focused on supporting students’ academic success in individual, small group and/or classroom settings.
- Commitment to serving students from a variety of educational, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and web conferencing software.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, think critically, and work with precision and independence.
- Adept at building productive, supportive, and success-driven relationships with students and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional nights/weekends.
