- High school graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to read the directions for the use of fertilizers, mixing of various cleaning compounds and chemicals and other related materials and written instructions.
- Performs physically active work requiring frequent standing, reaching, walking, bending, digging, shoveling, pulling, pushing, climbing on a ladder and lifting in order to perform various grounds tasks.
- Works with fertilizers, cleaning compounds and chemicals, polishing materials and other substances that may produce strong and/or offensive odors.
- Works in various weather conditions with extremes in heat and cold.
- Valid Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the University.
