- High school graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Less than nine (9) academic hours in landscape technology or a directly related field.
- Less than one (1) year groundskeeper/landscaping experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University’s insurance carrier.
- Performs physically active work requiring frequent standing, reaching, walking, bending, digging, shoveling, pulling, pushing, climbing on a ladder and lifting in order to perform various grounds tasks.
- Frequent lifting requiring the execution of up to sixty pounds of force to move and use supplies, landscaping materials, and grounds equipment.
