Job Description
Mission:
Within the framework of the Group's strategy and the objectives set by General Management, the Global Program manager organizes the Program for Predictive Maintenance to reduce warranty costs and increase customer satisfaction on a global scope.
Activities:
The overall objective is to build an operational Predictive Maintenance program; being able to predict product failures and use these predictions to reduce warranty costs and increase customer satisfaction. Build a cross-functional team to define and build the process and tools needed; start the operations and make the handover to the different stakeholders.
Under Quality leadership, the Program Manager:
Will be responsible for the deliverables, budget and planning.
Will coordinate the different stakeholders:
Business Owners / Product managers for Quality
Project managers from PDT/AIDA, PS, ICT, PDT/SWBU
Manage teams in their entity hierarchically or functionally, fostering a culture of goal achievement and results, maximizing collective interest, and respecting the defined strategy
Cascade policies and expected results at all levels of their organization
Set objectives, budgets, and control results
Will report to the VP, head of QUAL/QSWE/FTM
Deliverables of the project will include,
detection of issues candidates for Predictive Maintenance
Ensure we have the needed data collected and cleaned
Ensure we have the necessary algorithms to predict failures
Ensure we have the necessary tools to handle predictions, decisions of actions and traceability of operations
Ensure the relevant tools and methods to contact the customers to deploy Predictive maintenance.
Ensure we have a robust process for all operations.
Responsibilities:
Financial data: Manages a budget of several million euros.
Degree of autonomy:
Manages their activity, makes necessary decisions within their responsibilities and in compliance with company operations
Ensures compliance with the operating budget within the framework set by General Management

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical degree
10+ years of experience in product quality (quality in the field, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, recall & campaigns) or after-sales
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Foundry Workshop)
Experience in data project management
Strong communication skills in a cross-functional and international environment
Fluent English (written & spoken) required
Proven problem solving and analytics skills
Capability to review, understand and analyze data from a business analytics standpoint
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take ownership of programs
Ability to work in a quickly evolving fast-paced environment
Excellent team building and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of statistics, exploratory data analysis, and applied machine learning
Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
Proven experience delivering endtoend analytics or data science solutions into production
Experience with one or two data and cloud platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry. Snowflake, Databricks AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's) in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in project/program management
Familiarity with data modeling, semantic layers, and enterprise data platforms
Industry experience in automotive and manufacturing
Exposure to MLOps concepts, model deployment, or monitoring
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake Intelligence
Experience in use of OTA data is a plus
Fluent in a second language desirable (French / Italian)
