Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of support for members, & providers. You'll play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate information is provided in a fast-paced call center environment.
Schedule & Availability
Operating Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within these hours
This is a fully on-site role
Shift bids occur Quarterly, must have open availability
What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status
Handle 50-100 calls per day in a fast-paced call center setting
Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and confidence
Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Stay current on company policies, procedures, and product updates

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
