Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
The Service Technician installs, services, and maintains mobile office trailers and related units according to daily work orders. This role prepares units for delivery, performs a variety of repairs using hand and power tools, and helps ensure that all equipment and materials are ready for safe and efficient use.
Responsibilities
Review daily work instructions and work orders to plan and organize tasks for the day.
Prepare trailers and mobile office units for delivery, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
Load, unload, assemble, and arrange furniture in mobile office units according to specifications.
Use hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repairs on mobile office trailers, including carpentry, basic electrical work, flooring, plumbing, and painting.
Perform general repairs and assembly work on units as needed to meet customer requirements.
Maintain proper inventory levels of tools, equipment, and parts, and report any shortages or issues promptly.
Support grounds and yard maintenance to keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe.
Work collaboratively with other technicians and follow instructions from the production supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in the warehouse and yard.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of construction experience, which may include concrete labor, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or facilities maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
