Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Job Description
This role focuses on performing service work and repairs on facility equipment in a large industrial environment. You will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, interpret schematics and blueprints, and complete repairs and installations in both rooftop and interior facility settings. The position requires hands-on electrical work, safe use of ladders and lifts, and consistent adherence to industrial safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical service work and repairs on facility equipment in an industrial plant environment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and other technical documentation.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial or industrial settings.
Run, bend, and install conduit in accordance with applicable codes and site requirements.
Pull and terminate electrical wiring to support equipment operation and facility infrastructure.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to plan and execute work accurately.
Work on rooftops and within the facility to access equipment and electrical systems.
Climb ladders and operate lifts safely to reach elevated work areas.
Perform electrical repairs promptly to minimize equipment downtime and maintain facility operations.
Follow all safety procedures and best practices while working in an industrial environment.
Essential Skills
Journeyman Electrician experience with a valid card-carrying journeyman license (UAW or state license).
Proven experience performing electrical installations and repairs in commercial or industrial environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and facility equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Hands-on experience running and bending conduit in an industrial setting.
Proficiency in pulling wire and performing electrical service work.
Capability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, and lifts.
Comfort working in a large industrial plant environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in large industrial or manufacturing facilities.
Experience in electrical service for complex equipment and systems.
Familiarity with industrial repair practices and preventive maintenance.
Ability to collaborate with maintenance and operations teams in a plant setting.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large industrial plant dedicated to electric vehicle production. You will work both inside the facility and on rooftops, frequently navigating an active manufacturing environment. Work is hands-on and physically active, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to industrial procedures and standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $89668.80 - $89668.80/yr.
