Job Description
The Integration Specialist (Canada & Mexico) leads the project management of Retail Sales and After Sales training materials (localization, translation, programming, production and release) for Stellantis Canada. This role collaborates closely with instructional and graphic designers, asset managers, and interactive producers of Performance Institute U.S. to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of training solutions across web, mobile, live, video, print, and experiential formats for Canada. The role also includes supporting similar initiatives for Mexico on an ad-hoc, as-needed basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Function as the primary liaison between the U.S. and Canada (and Mexico) training teams; provide ongoing insights on market needs, requirements, and network conditions
Coordinate the localization, development, translation, production, and publication of training content (web-based, instructor-led, job aids, print materials, video assets, mobile tools) ensuring alignment with national and regional business strategies
Support the development of annual Sales and After Sales certification plans
Communicate training objectives clearly and manage projects through completion with all stakeholders and levels of the organization
Contribute to and help shape annual training goals, ensuring alignment with corporate direction
Consult on experiential training initiatives, including agency proposals, reviews, and necessary market-specific adjustments
Manage communication with project teams, vendors, SMEs, and internal partners throughout all design and development phases
Ensure translation and production deliverables meet quality expectations and budget requirements

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of project/program management experience
Knowledge of retail training and the automotive industry
Strong organizational and project management skills; detailoriented
Effective collaborator with the ability to work across internal and external teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and leadership abilities
Professional, selfdirected, and initiative-taking
Skilled in negotiation (resources, budgets, timelines)
Strong computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
French language skills (preferred, not required)
