Lift King Products is seeking a motivated, creative, and growth-focused individual to support and expand our marketing efforts across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, social media management, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. We are open to candidates who may initially support the role while developing into the Marketing Coordinator position.
The right person is creative, organized, and execution-driven - someone who can create content, manage platforms, and contribute ideas that drive real engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creating & Social Media
- Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and ads
- Capture and edit video content (product demos, customer use, testimonials)
- Assist in building a consistent brand presence across platforms
Digital Marketing & Support
- Assist with Google Ads, Constant Contact, and lead generation efforts
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Track and report performance using Excel
Creative Development
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, ads, and content strategy
- Assist with basic graphic design and photo/video editing (Photoshop or similar tools preferred)
Trade Show & Field Content (Optional but Valuable)
- Assist with capturing content at trade shows (approx. 6 per year)
- Gather customer testimonials, product demonstrations, and real-world use cases.
Communication & Brand Representation
- Communicate professionally with internal team, partners, and media contacts
- Assist with coordination involving TV personalities and brand partnerships
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Creative mindset with ability to produce content (photo/video experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, email marketing, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to execute without constant direction
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
- High level of discretion and strict confidentiality required
Requirements
- Prior marketing, content creation, or social media experience preferred
- Experience with Photoshop or similar tools is a strong plus
- Video creation and editing experience is a major advantage
- Experience with website development, editing, or management (Shopify, WordPress, or similar) is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Flexibility during trade show weeks (2-3 days per event, 6 per year)
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
- Starting Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and role fit)
This role offers a significant growth opportunity for the right individual.
For candidates with advanced experience in content creation, digital marketing strategy, or website development/editing, compensation may be structured at a higher level, including salaried options and performance-based incentives.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Dress Code
- Casual/business casual
- Jeans and a clean, presentable shirt are acceptable
- No sweatpants or offensive graphics
