Lift King Products is seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to support our facility operations, grounds maintenance, and shop activities. This position can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's experience, skillset, and availability.
This is a do-what-needs-to-be-done role. The right person takes pride in their work, stays productive without constant direction, and is willing to work both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility & Grounds Maintenance
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and general property upkeep
- Snow removal (plowing, shoveling, and salting)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized exterior
Shop & Facility Upkeep
- Sweep floors, empty trash, and maintain shop cleanliness
- General organization and upkeep of work areas
Equipment & Vehicle Support
- Perform basic service and maintenance on shop equipment and company vehicles
- Greasing, checking oil, inspections, and minor repairs
Shop Support (for full-time or qualified candidates)
- Assist the manufacturing team as needed
- Material handling and shop support tasks
- Product assembly
- Shipping and receiving tasks
- Help where needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and show up ready to work
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and performing manual labor
- Basic mechanical ability is a plus
- Self-motivated and does not require constant direction
- Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running right
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be comfortable operating company vehicles and equipment
- Clean driving record preferred
- Chauffeur
- A chauffeur's license or CDL is a strong plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities and increased earning potential
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time or part-time available, depending on the candidate
- Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (hours may vary by season)
- Over time may be required during busy periods
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and role structure)
