Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices to assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of machinery as needed
- Perform routine inspections of products and equipment to maintain quality standards
- Support warehouse functions including material handling, and shipping preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are highly desirable
- Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, or working in warehouse settings is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required
- Prior factory or warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment and procedures
