FHI Warehouse Freight Handler

Multiple openings on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift
Priority: 1st (4:30AM) & 3rd (12:30AM)
?? Pay & Benefits:
- Earn $23–$25+/hr on average (production-based)
- Top performers earn $25+
- $15/hr guaranteed minimum (never earn less)
- Weekly pay + full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO)
? Shifts (until work is complete):
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM / 6:00 AM start (8–10 hrs)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM start (8–10 hrs)
- 3rd Shift: 12:30 AM / 4:30 AM start (8–10 hrs)
- 5-day workweek (operations run 7 days, weekends included)
??? What You’ll Do:
- Unload trailers and move product in a fast-paced warehouse
- Lift and handle 25–80 lb cases
- Stay active — walking, bending, lifting throughout your shift
- Work in varying temperatures (freezer to heat)
? What We’re Looking For:
- Warehouse or physical work experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable with hands-on, active work
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Team player with solid communication skills
?? Skills & Abilities:
- Basic math and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Clear communication (English required)
- Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
