This position plays a mission-critical role in shaping RENK America's global business success. In this position, you will be a trusted strategic advisor-driving business outcomes, guiding risk-mitigation strategies, and strengthening our competitive position across complex international markets. You will influence key decisions, protect company interests through expert interpretation of contractual terms, and help ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements.
This role is ideal for a proactive, internationally minded contracts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by solving complex challenges. You will lead contractual reviews, support proposal development, partner closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in regulations such as UCC, ITAR, EAR, and FCPA will help drive innovative contract solutions, enable compliant business growth, and maximize value for RENK America.

Essential Functions:
Lead and support international contracts actions across varied global markets
Conduct due diligence activities and develop compliant proposals aligned with company policies and customer requirements
Create preferred contract positions and comprehensive compliance matrices to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
Oversee multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Drive negotiation strategies for international contracts
Apply working knowledge of UCC, ITAR, EAR, and other regulatory frameworks
Communicate effectively across organizational levels and with international customer partners
Ability to adapt in environments where priorities shift quickly
Work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, including occasional additional hours to support customer mission-critical deadlines
Potential to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
Level/pay for this position with be commensurate with education & experience.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or
Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong time managment, planning, and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of contract management software
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience working with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) contracts
Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations
Ability to mentor others and collaborate effectively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
