At LEGOLAND Discovery Center, you'll be the one keeping rides running, attractions working, and the entire experience coming to life for guests. From troubleshooting equipment to supporting interactive displays, your work is what keeps the magic going.
Qualifications & Experience
?? What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is a hands-on, fast-paced technician role - not a desk job:
Perform daily maintenance and repairs across rides, attractions, and facility systems
Troubleshoot issues in real-time (mechanical, electrical, AV, and more)
Support preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep everything running smoothly
Work with tools, equipment, and systems across multiple areas - no two days are the same
Assist with installs, repairs, painting, and general upkeep
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
Partner with your team to solve problems quickly and efficiently

?? What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and loves problem-solving :
At least 1-2 years of maintenance or technical experience
Basic knowledge of:
Electrical systems
Mechanical equipment
HVAC, plumbing, or general facilities (a plus)
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet
Strong attention to safety and detail
A team player with a "jump in and fix it" mindset
Experience in attractions, entertainment, or similar environments is a bonus - but not required.
