Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for Epic ADT/Grand Central
Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assigned
Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
Create and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and written status to Project Managers and project leadership, as required
Responsible for supporting the client's Willow module within Epic, including responding to break-fix tickets, meeting with operational end-users to discuss issues as well as new functionality, preparing documentation, and working on enhancements, testing, and upgrades

Qualifications
Required
Certification in Epic Grand Central
Minimum of 5+ years of Epic build and support experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
5+ years of experience with ADT
Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
Hospital or Clinic operations experience
Additional Epic Certifications
ITIL process knowledge
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
